Terms of Service

These are the Terms of Services for Astral Services, this is an agreement between us and the Customer. By purchasing or using a product Astral Services sells or hosts you the customer agree to these Terms of Service. Astral reserves the right to change these terms without any notice.
Clients explicitly acknowledge and agree that they shall assume sole and absolute responsibility for all actions undertaken through their account or related services, irrespective of whether such actions are initiated by the account holder, service holder, or any third party. Astral Services hereby and explicitly disclaims all obligations to enhance or implement supplementary server security measures beyond those defaults established by the operating system.
The ensuing provisions conclusively establish a legally binding agreement between yourself and Astral Services. These Terms of Service meticulously delineate the conditions governing your utilization of the services provided by Astral Services (referred to herein as the “Services”). By engaging with or availing yourself of the services in any manner, you hereby manifest and affirm your unequivocal consent to these terms of service, inclusive of your express agreement to engage in electronic transactions with us. Furthermore, by agreeing to these terms, you also acknowledge and agree to abide by our Acceptable Usage Policy in all respects. It is imperative for clients to understand and recognize that any attempt to circumvent or evade the terms set forth herein shall not absolve them from their obligations or liability under this agreement.
Astral Services’ Responsibilities
Astral Services hereby agrees to provide services, pre-paid by the client, to said client, contingent upon full adherence to the Acceptable Usage Policy and the Terms of Service as outlined herein. Astral Services expressly reserves the prerogative to decline the provision of services to any prospective client and/or to withhold renewal of services from any current client, at the exclusive discretion of Astral Services.
Changes to Terms of Service, Acceptable Usage Policy, Privacy Policy and Service Level Agreement
Astral Services’ Terms of Service, Acceptable Usage Policy, Privacy Policy, and Service Level Agreement are all subject to modification at any juncture and without prior notification, solely at the discretion of Astral Services. Alterations in policy shall not constitute grounds for early contract termination or non-payment. The client acknowledges the disclosure of the nature of the service provided, as well as the initial rates and charges associated therewith. Upon modification Astral Services must notify clients through email that they have been modified.
Changes to Services provided by Astral
The client acknowledges an understanding that rates may vary over time, contingent upon factors such as hardware availability, prevailing market conditions, or other pertinent considerations. Clients shall be duly notified of any adjustments in rates or charges before the billing renewal date, upon which such alterations shall take effect. Should there happen to be any change to a service that we directly provide to you such as game hosting through our owned servers the client holds the right to request to preserve their original deal with written arrangement. The client will not be required to pay more than agreed during a cycle. This clause can be overwritten with a verbal or written agreement, including requests from the client to upgrade their service. This clause does not apply for services that we resell onto you, such as a domain.
Non-Payment/Service Interruption
Services interrupted due to non-payment may result in the suspension of service. Access to data stored on a client’s services will be withheld until reconnection is initiated or alternative arrangements are agreed upon to the exclusive satisfaction of Astral Services. Clients whose accounts are deactivated owing to non-payment or charge-back are susceptible to having their data permanently deleted seven (7) days following the suspension/charge-back date. Astral Services assumes no liability for data integrity, irrespective of circumstances. Astral Services strongly advises maintaining up-to-date and off-network backups to mitigate against potential data loss.
Refunds/Charge-Backs
No Services rendered by Astral Services are eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated by the Director on a case-by-case basis. Prepayments and account credit are ineligible to be refunded or transferred to alternate accounts. Any disputes regarding charges must be reported directly to Astral Services within thirty (30) days of the original charge date. In the event that a charge, deemed valid by Astral Services and in accordance with our Terms of Service or Acceptable Usage Policy, is disputed to a financial institution through a charge-back, the client agrees to pay an ‘Administrative Fee’ of $200 in addition to the original amount of funds reclaimed.
Suspensions
If a service is suspended due to non-payment, it will be terminated after the time of suspension. Astral Services assumes no liability for the integrity of the data stored on a suspended server.
Fraud
In the event of fraudulent activity discovery, the fraudulent account and all associated accounts are subject to immediate suspension or termination at the sole discretion of Astral Services. All pertinent information concerning the fraudulent account/service shall be forwarded to local authorities, as well as any implicated financial institutions. All instances of fraudulent orders are thoroughly investigated, and all individuals engaged in fraudulent activities will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, whether domestically or abroad.
Disclaimers of Liability; Indemnification
We strive to provide reliable services, however you acknowledge that services are provided “AS IS” “WITH ALL FAULTS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Astral Services and any suppliers we may use (e.g for Domains) disclaim all express or implied warranties or guarantees where permitted by law about the services unless otherwise stated in one of our policies. We do not guarantee services will be effective, reliable, accurate or meet your requirements. Access to or use of the services may be unavailable at certain times or locations where said services may be blocked. No oral or written information provided by Astral Services shall create warranty or override anything in these policies and terms. Usage of our services is at your own risk.
You agree to hold harmless Astral Services from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from the misuse of the services we provide.
If you are dissatisifed your primary remedy is the cancellation of your account and service.
Bandwidth Usage/Overages
Clients are obligated to settle any and all bandwidth overage charges accrued on their account from the preceding billing cycle. Bandwidth overage charges are invoiced per gigabyte at a rate of $0.50 (fifty cents of United States Currency) and/or any costs in damages over the allocated bandwidth on the service. Astral Services reserves the prerogative to suspend any account that fails to remit bandwidth overage charges within 15 days. Astral Services assumes no responsibility for spikes in bandwidth originating from a client’s service, regardless of cause. Clients bear full responsibility for all inbound and outbound bandwidth pertaining to their services. In the event of an anticipated bandwidth exceedance notification, clients must arrange payment within 24 hours of receipt to forestall potential service disruption until satisfactory arrangements are made. These arrangements may entail the necessity to proactively upgrade bandwidth allocation. In the case your service is affected by a DoS or DDoS attack, bandwidth overuse is not considered on your profile. In the case your service is used for a DoS or DDos attack, you will be held liable.
Verification
Clients may be requested to undergo identity verification procedures implemented for both client and Astral Services security purposes. Identity verification measures may encompass the submission of one form of government-issued identification, as well as a utility bill displaying the billing address. In certain circumstances, additional identity verification may be necessitated, in addition to the aforementioned requirements. Anything provided to Astral Services during this process will be held secured in a access-controlled file and only provided by request of the payment gateway provider or law. All copies of documents or images provided shall be deleted in its entirety as soon as the reason for identity verification has completed. This clause may be used for purposes where required by law, primarily for suspicion of fraud, violations of policy or other suspicious activity as determined by Astral Services. Should a client refuse this their product may be terminated, this can be disputed if believed unfair or unlawful.
Entire Agreement
This contract, along with any additional terms, policies, rules, and guidelines published on our website, collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and Astral Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements. In the event that any part of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such portions shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as closely as feasible, the original intentions of the parties, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Privacy Policy

Astral Services collects certain information to provide your service. We do not sell your data, all of your data is used solely to provide your services and is securely stored on our servers. You may request your data to be deleted via contacting Astral Services in any of the methods provided on website or with email.
On billing.astral-services.net we collect the following for the following reasons:
- We collect your name to identify you, verify details, and other information connected to your name.
- We collect your password so you can access your accounts, this password is stored encrypted and no employee or management can see your password.
- We collect your email so we can communicate with you, this could be to send invoices and other information.
- We collect transaction history with Astral Services so we can track our finances and make sure you are getting the services you are paying for.
- We collect your IP Address, this is for monitoring for unauthorized access, preventing fraud and ensuring integrity.
On panel.astral-services.net we collect the following for the following reasons:
- We collect your name to identify you, verify details, and other information connected to your name.
- We collect your password so you can access your accounts, this password is stored encrypted and no employee or management can see your password.
- We collect your email so we can communicate with you, this could be to send you password resets.
- We collect your IP Address, this is for security and account compromisation reasons.
- We collect information about what you do on the panel to provide accurate logging for your game server activity page.
We use different payment gateways, most notably Stripe and PayPal. We provide these gateways with the information required to charge you the correct amount. This information is also used incase of chargebacks and other functions these payment gateways have. We do not store your card details.
We use discord to provide the fastest support possible, messages sent in tickets may be collected for training and staff documentation purposes. You can opt out of this if you desire by stating your desire to, simply mention your desire to opt out during the start or end of your ticket.
Name and Username are used interchangably and as the same throughout this Privacy Policy.
All data is stored in complicated with the New Zealand Privacy act of 2020.
Acceptable Usage Policy

By using Astral Services, you agree to this Acceptable Usage Policy. Violations of this may result in suspension or termination of your services wtihout warning and without refund.
Violations can be disputed by contacting Astral Services within three business days of action being taken by Astral Services. Action is classified by any action regarding it taken by the company that you are aware of, this can be direct action to your server or contacting you. The start date is determined by the first message in the conversation thread of wishing to dispute the violation regardless of the initiating party.
Prohibited Content:
Illegal or Harmful Content:
You may not upload, store, transmit or distribute:
- Illegal content under New Zealand Law, United States Law, or International Law.
- Content involving exploitation, abuse or endangerment.
- Any software or program intended to cause harm, disruption or unauthorized access.
Offensive Content:
We do not allow highly offensive content. This determination is made by Astral Services staff. This category provides you the ability to defend yourself before we are allowed to take any action.
Intellectual Property Violations
You may not use our services to distribute or host any content that infringes:
- Copyright, Patents or Trademarks.
- Any other intellectual propety rights.
System and Service Misuse
Unauthorized Access
You may not use any exploit, tool, or method to access another customers service or data without their pmerission. You may not use any exploit, tool, or method to access Astral Services systems or staff tools.
Circumvention of Limits
You may not attempt to bypass or modify and limits placed on your services. This can include but is not limited to increasing the RAM, CPU, Storage limits set on the server by your plan.
Excessive Storage Usage
We do not allow the use of excessive amounts of storage, if your storage is deemed out of bounds by Astral Services Staff may:
- Request you reduce your storage within a given timeframe.
- Intervene and reduce your storage in the case that it is causing service degradation for other customers of Astral Services.
- Intervene and reduce your storage in the case that it is causing issues for the Software or Hardware used by Astral Services.
Harmful Software
We do not allow any viruses or other harmful software to be uploaded, by violating this you may be responsible for damages and need to pay for costs associated with restoring and repairing everything to its original level.
Unlawful Use
Any other usage of our services deemed unlawful at the discretion of Astral Services shall be considered a violation.
Service Level Agreement

We aim to provide 99.99% uptime across all services. This Service Level Agreement applies to specific types of service interruptions as outlined below. You can view our status page here, https://status.astral-services.net/
SLA Coverage
You may be entitled to compensation if any of the following interruptions occur and last longer than ten minutes:
- Network Faults: If our network becomes unavailable.
- Hardware Faults: If the physical server or hardware hosting your service fails.
- Denial of Service (DDoS) Attacks: If a DDoS attack impacts service availability.
- Software Faults (Owned): If a software issue arises in systems directly controlled or maintained by us.
SLA Limits
The following situations are not covered by this SLA:
- Planned Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance or upgrades announced in advance.
- Third-Party Software Issues: Problems caused by software we do not own or directly control (e.g., licensed or third-party platforms).
- Client Error: Misconfigurations, scripts, or installations initiated by the client that cause downtime or performance degradation.
- Force Majeure / Act of God: Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, fires), or government actions.
Claims
If you believe a breach of this SLA has occurred, you may submit a claim ticket through one of our official contact channels.
Claim Requirements:
- Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of the outage.
- Claims must include evidence of the SLA breach.
- Claims must specify the timeframe of the outage.
- The claim must be linked to a service provided directly by Klyra Limited (Astral Services) that you personally pay for (not through a reseller).
For every minute of downtime, rounded up to the nearest day, you will receive an equivalent extension of your affected service.
We reserve the right to reject claims deemed fraudulent or invalid. You may dispute a rejected claim once for further review.
